Takes cognizance of Andhra Pradesh State D.El.Ed. CET (DEECET) 2018 for Admission into 02-Years’ Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Course for the Academic Session 2018 – 2020 post-declaration of the DEECET 2018 Result and Ranks awarded to the Candidates would like to state in the subsequent Paragraphs:
In view of Declaration of both Result and Ranks for Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test 2018 on the 17th & 18th of May 2018, we look forward to the Office of the Chairperson, DEECET-2018 & Commissioner of School Education Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi, to shortly release the Dates for Counseling for Allotment of the Seat under 15%:85% Quota of Seats, which we anticipate very shortly.
AP DEECET Merit List 2018
The Convener DEECET 2018 & RJDSE, Kakinada. The Chairperson, DEECET-2018 & Commissioner of School Education Andhra Pradesh has earmarked 15% Quota of Seats for Admission for the Open Category and 85% Seats for the Local Candidates. The Office of the Chairperson, DEECET-2018 & Commissioner of School Education Andhra Pradesh shall declare the Dates for Counseling for Verification of the Documents on the Official Website only.
AP DEECET D.El.Ed Counseling Dates 2018
The Candidates should have secured a Rank in Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test (DEECET) – 2018 conducted for the Academic Year concerned for Admission into Government District Institutes of Education & Training (DIETs) and Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions and should satisfy the Educational Criteria prescribed for the Course as shown at (iii) below.
For obtaining a DEECET Rank Candidate belonging to “Open Category” (OC) and “Backward Category” (BC) Communities shall have to secure Minimum 50% Marks in the Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test. For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged Candidates, the Minimum Qualifying Marks for Allotment of the Seats reserved under the respective Categories will be 45%. That is to say Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Communities should obtain 50% Marks for consideration against the Seats under OC / NCC / CAP / Sports Category.
