APPSC Group – IV Services (General Recruitment) Examination 2018 – Online Registration: With reference to Public Service Commission, Andhra Pradesh (PSCAP) Notification likely before mid-September 2018 bearing a Mention in respect of Junior Accountants in Treasures and Accounts Subordinate Service and Junior Assistants in Andhra Pradesh Ministerial Services (APMS) under Group – IV Service (General Recruitment) Examination 2018 consisting of Optical Markup Reader Based Screening Test followed by the Main Examination schedule shortly, we would like to briefly state in the subsequent Part.

APPSC Group 4 Notification 2018

Online Registration shall be activated at PSCPA Online Portal as per the Date mentioned in the Official Notification for Recruitment to the Posts of Junior Accountants in Treasures and Accounts Subordinate Service and Junior Assistants in Andhra Pradesh Ministerial Services (APMS) under Group – IV Service likely to be released by Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission in the First Week of September 2018.

Public Service Commission, Andhra Pradesh (PSCAP), vide their Communiqué shall host the Junior Accountants in Treasures and Accounts Subordinate Service and Junior Assistants in Andhra Pradesh Ministerial Services (APMS) under Group – IV (General Recruitment) Examination 2018 aimed at SHORTLISTING for Main Examination.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limitation (As On 01.07.2018 or as per the Cutoff Date):

Un-Reserved Candidates should have attained Minimum 18  Years and must not exceed 36 Years of Age.

Relaxation in Upper Age Limitation for Reserved Candidates.

Academic / Educational Qualification:

Subject wise Positions Educational Qualification
Junior Accountants in Treasures & Accounts subordinate service

 

Intermediate Examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Examination or any other Equivalent Examination.

AND

Pass in any one of the following Certificate Course Examination conducted by the Board of Technical Education and Training (BTET), Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad

(a) Office Automation

(b) PC Maintenance and Troubleshooting

(c) Web designing

OR

The Candidates must hold a Degree in Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) / B.Sc., (Comp.) / B.Com (Comp.) / B.A. (Comp.) / B.Tech. / B.E. with Computer Science / Information Technology Equivalent Examination of above, recognized by any University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Junior Assistants in Registration & Stamps Department The Candidate must have passed the Intermediate Examination conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Examination or its Equivalent.
Junior Assistants from CCLA
Junior Assistants from Prisons & Correctional Department
Junior Assistants in Social Welfare Department
Junior Assistants in Fire Department
Junior Assistant-cum-Typist in Social Welfare Department
Junior Assistant-cum-Typist in DG & IG of Prison and Correctional Department i)         The Candidate must have passed Intermediate Examination conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Intermediate Examination (APSBIE) / its Equivalent Examination / its Equivalent Examination.

ii)       He / She must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by the Higher Grade in Telugu on a Government Standard Key Board.

iii)      Provided that if persons with the Qualification prescribed in Item (ii) above are not available Candidates, who have passed the above Examination in Typewriting by Lower Grade if otherwise qualified be appointed.

iv)     Provided further that the Candidates, who possess Typewriting Qualification in English by Lower Grade besides the Qualifications mentioned in items (ii) and (iii) above shall be given preference for Appointment by Direct Recruitment.

Note:

1)       If Sufficient number of the Candidates with Telugu Typewriting Qualifications are not available for Appointment by Direct Recruitment as Typists Candidates with English Typewriting Qualification may be appointed subject to the condition that he / she shall to / should acquire the Telugu Typewriting Qualification within the period of Probation upon pain of Postponement of Increment without Cumulative Effect.

2)       In case of Telugu Typist the Pass in the Typewriting Examination shall be on the Computer / Typewriter with Government Standard Key Board.

Procedure for Selection & Final Selection

Final Selection to the Posts notified / opted for by the Candidates shall be strictly based on the Candidates’ Marks obtained in the Optical Markup Reader Based Screening Test, Main Examination and Skill Test / Oral Test (if any) in Aggregate, put together.

Mode of Online Fee Payment (In case not Revised):

Through SBI e-Pay

(Remittance of Fee) Each Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred & Fifty Only) towards Online Application Processing Fee. This apart, the Applicants have to pay Rs.120/- (Rupees One Hundred & Twenty Only) towards Examination Fee. However, the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Classes & Ex-Services Men and Unemployed Applicants Candidates are exempted from Payment of Examination Fee.

Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes belonging to other States are not exempted from Payment of Examination Fee and they are not entitled for claiming any kind of Reservation.
