DDA Stenographer Grade ‘D’ Computer Based Recruitment Exam Result 2017: We take cognizance of Delhi Development Authority Recruitment Cell (DDARC) notified Computer Based Online Recruitment Examination 2017 consisting of 02 Sections comprising 200 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type for Maximum 200 Marks for Recruitment to 30 Posts of Stenographer Grade ‘D’ held on the 25th of September 2017 (25.09.2017).

We look forward to the DDA Recruitment Cell to announce the Results based on the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks determined subsequent to release of the Final Answers Key (Set A, Set B, Set C & Set D respectively) for the Test Question Paper Booklet.

Delhi Development Authority Examination Authority shall upload on the Official Website the Result for the Grade ‘D’ Stenographer Recruitment Computer Based Online Test. We anticipate Delhi Development Authority Recruitment Cell to announce October / November 2017 the Results for the Computer Based Online Recruitment Examination. The Candidates Provisional Shortlisted in the Computer Based Online Examination will be summoned for the Skill Test, i.e., Stenography Dictation and Transcription likely in November / December 2017.
The Candidates shall have to appear for the Stenography Test. The Candidates will be given one Dictation for 10 Minutes in English / Hindi Languages at the Speed of 80 W.P.M. The matter will have to be transcribed on Computer only. The Transcription time for English and Hindi Shorthand is as follows:
50 Minutes (English)
65 Minutes (Hindi)
For the Post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’:
There is no Exemption from the Skill Test for any Category of the Candidates. The Candidates, who opt to take the Stenography Test in Hindi, shall be required to learn English Stenography and vice-versa after their Appointment. Visually Handicapped Candidates will be required to transcribe the matter in 75 Minutes for English Shorthand or Hindi Shorthand in 100 Minutes.
The Candidates shall be shortlisted for the Skill Test on the basis of their respective Performance in the Computer Based Online Examination.
Delhi Development Authority Recruitment Cell shall determine at their discretion the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks as well as in Aggregate out of Total 200 Marks to be obtained by the Examinees in each Section of the Computer Based Online Test. Only Candidates have secured either the Minimum Qualifying Marks or Higher than the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks likely to be stipulated by DDA Recruitment Cell will be Shortlisted for Stenography Test consisting of Shorthand Dictation and Transcription in English / Hindi Medium opted for by the Candidates. Delhi Development Authority Cell would announce the Results for the Online Test in Computer Mode on the basis of the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks scored by the Candidates.
DDA Stenographer Gr ‘D’ Recruitment Examination – Expected Cut-Off Marks:
The Marks obtained by the Candidates in the Computer Based Recruitment Test shall be considered as Deciding Marks aimed at preparing the Merit List and Final Select List. The Stenography Test is only of Qualifying Sort as there are no Marks for the Skill Test.
DDA Recruitment Cell shall prepare the Merit List on the basis of the Marks secured by the Candidate in the Computer Based Online Test / Online Examination in respect of only those Candidates who qualify the Skill Test with Maximum Accuracy and Least Oversights / Stenographical and Typographic Mistakes.

Procedure for Selection:
The Objective Written Examination fared by the Candidates is aimed at preparing Final Select List in order of Merit.
Criteria for Selection:
Computer Based Recruitment Examination for Maximum 200 Marks.
Final Select List drawn up based on Sufficient High Marks / Maximum Marks to be obtained in the Computer Based Recruitment Examination and Personal Interview by Un-Reserved / General Candidates. Reserved Candidates shall be given Relaxation in the Minimum Qualifying Marks.
Merit List Preparation Criteria:
The Merit List of all the Successful Candidates for the respective Posts shall be prepared separately on the basis of the Marks secured by the Examinees in the Online Examination as well as in the Interview, wherever prescribed taken together.
However, in case Two or more Candidates secure Similar Merit Position, then their individual Date of Birth shall be the Deciding Factor to determine their respective Merit, i.e., the Candidate Senior (Elder) in Age shall be placed Higher in the Merit List drawn up based on Maximum Marks in the Computer Based Online Test to be secured by General / Un-Reserved Candidates. However, the Reserved Community Candidates shall be given Relaxation in the Marks for Final Selection to the Post.
