How Many Marks Require to Get Admission into the MBBS/BDS Course?
In view of the Central Board of Secondary Education held National Eligibility-Cum-Entrance Test – II, 2017 held in the month of July 2017, we have been given to understand that the Candidates belonging to General Category must secured Minimum 65 Per Centum (65) Marks, Other Backward Classes (OBC) / Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) should obtain Minimum 55 Per Centile (55%) Marks for admission into Post Graduate and Under Graduate Courses (i.e., Post Graduate Course – Doctor of Medicine (MD) / Master of Science (MS) Degree & Under Graduate Courses Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery & Bachelor of Dental Surgery / PGC (MD, MS) & UGC (MBBS, BDS).
This said National Eligibility-Cum-Entrance Test – II 2017 has been conducted for 15% Merit Positions in the Medical / Dental Colleges of India as cited in the directives of the Honorable Supreme Court and will be governed by the Rules and Regulations specified for the same by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW / MHFW), Government of India from time to time.
