Odisha Public Service Commission notified Odisha State Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2017 consisting of 02 Papers on General Studies (Paper – I and Paper II on General Studies) comprising the Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions carry 200 Marks each. 02-Hours have been allocated for each Paper. Wrong Answers / Incorrect or Multiple Response to the Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type in the Preliminary Examination shall attract Deduction of the Marks for each Wrong Answer marked for each Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions.

OPSC Civil Services (Prelim) Examination 2017 Admit Cards Download:
Odisha Public Service Commission shall release the electronic Admission Certificates for the Candidates appearing in Odisha State Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2017 scheduled to be held in January 2018.
Odisha Public Service Commission will upload on the Official Website the e-Admit Letters for the Candidates Minimum 07 Days before Commencement of Odisha State Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2017 and we have put up for Display the e-Admit Cards / Admission Letters in the Latest Part of this Information Bulletin for the ready reference of the Candidates. The Candidates shall be able to Download their respective e-Admission Certificates followed by Official Communiqué on the same to follow in due course of time.
The Candidates will have to comply with the Instructions mentioned in Odisha Public Service Commission Instructions in respect of the Documents Essential for Submission and Verification of the Candidates’ Candidacy before Commencement of the Preliminary Examination.
The Candidates shall have to carry with them any one of the Self-Attested Documents together with the e-Admittance Cards by the Candidates may be as follows:
- Voter Identity Cards
- Aadhaar Card with the Recent Photograph
- Driving License
- PAN Card
The Candidates not carrying any one of the Documents with the Admission Certificates shall be barred from entering the Examination Hall.
The Candidates failing to comply with the Instructions cited in the e-Admit Cards issued by OPSC shall be considered Ineligible to proceed for the Competitive Examination.
