Taking cognizance of the State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GDCTD) Notification in respect of Admission into Diploma in Pre-School Education (DPSE) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) for Admission into 27 Diploma In Pre-School Education Self-Financed Institutes run by the Private Management, All Affiliated to THE State Council of Educational Research & Training for Admission, Examination, Certification and Verification of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) & Diploma In Pre-School Education (DPSE) is a Full-Time Diploma Course of Two Years’ Duration.

SCERT DPSE Merit List Display:
Following the Closing of the Online Registration / Application for Admission into Part I of Diploma In Pre-School Education on the 12th Date of July 2018, shall release the Provisional Merit List seeking the Candidates’ Objections thereto, if any.
The State Council of Educational Research & Training shall declare the 1st / 2nd / 3rd Round of Counseling followed by Spot Counseling subject to Availability of the Seats / Vacant Seats.
We look forward to the State Council of Educational Research & Training release before mid-July 2018 Key-Dates with Detailed Particulars intimating Counseling Schedule including Reporting at the Facilitation Centers (FCs) and the Admission Reporting Centers (ARCs) .

Declaration of the Lists for Admission Allocation, Sliding and Freezing Spot Counseling
The Candidates on the Merit Lists shall need to report together with the Certificates and Documents at the Admission Reporting Centers for Admission. The Candidates called to appear in the First / Second / Third Counseling Rounds / Spot Counseling shall be issued the Instructions to ensure Compliance for Admission.
Procedure for Admission:
Admission into 02-Years’ Diploma In Pre-School Education (DPSE) in the 27 Diploma In Pre-School Education Self-Financed Institutes run by the Private Managements Affiliated to the State Council of Educational Research & Training shall be as mentioned in the Subsequent Paragraphs:
Merit List shall be drawn up based on the Candidates’ secured Marks in the Qualifying Examination Central Board of Secondary Education conducted Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination / Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) Examination.
Methodology for Resolving TIE:
In case of TIE resulting due to Equal Marks in the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2), the Aggregate Percentage of the Marks in Secondary School Certificate Examination / High School (Xh) Certificate Examination up to Two (02) Decimals shall be considered to Break / Resolve the TIE.
However, in case of TIE in even Class X Percentage of the Marks, then the Candidates Senior / Elder / Old in Age by virtue of the Date Preceding (falling Earlier) in the Date of Birth shall be given Preference for Admission.
In case of TIE somehow or other persisting owing to the Similar Dates of Birth of the Candidates, then Draw of Lots shall be conducted in the presence of both Admission Committee and the Candidates Concerned Applicant for Admission.
