SSC CHSL RESULT 2018, CHSL (10+2) Tier-1 Expected Cut Off ~~ Notice:
Briefly state with reference to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will notify about the SSC CHLS Expected Cut Off 2018 of Computer Based Online Test (Tier – I) for SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) (Tier-I) Examination 2018 – 19 being conducted 4.3.2018 to 28.3.2018 in the subsequent Paragraphs:

The Candidates’ Individual Performance in Tier II would be included for preparing the Merit List. The Paper will have to be written either in Hindi or in English Language. Part Paper written in Hindi and Part in English will not be evaluated leaving the Candidates Stands Rejected.
The Final Merit of the Successful Candidates would be determined on the basis of the Total Score obtained by them both in Tier-I and Tier-II.
SSC CHSL (10+2) Expected Cut Off 2018
In view of the Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, 2018 currently in progress, we anticipate the Staff Selection Commission
- to declare the Community-wise Minimum Percentile Marks / Minimum Qualifying Marks in concurrence with announcement of the Results for the Computer Based Online Test Tier – I for Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level (X+II) Examination, 2018 coming to an end soon;
- to declare the Result for the Computer Based Examination (Tier-1) after releasing Session-wise Fore-Noon Session (FNS) / After-Noon Session (ANS) / Evening Session (ES) Final Answers Key in order of Set A, Set B, Set C, Set D for the Test Question Booklet for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination (Tier – I), 2018;
- declare the Results before mid-March 2018 and the Candidates are advised to secure Minimum Qualifying Marks in each Section of the Test with the Maximum Marks in Aggregate.

The Commission may host soon the Descriptive Test (Tier II) for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, 2018 for the Candidates.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) shall conduct a Written Examination for Recruitment of Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants, Lower Divisional Clerks, Data Entry Operators.

Mode of Selection:
The Candidates without Option for Posts will not be considered for Selection irrespective of their Merit Position.
Preference for the Ministry / Department / Office will be taken from the Candidates Qualified for Skill Test / Typing Test at the time of Skill Test / Typing Test.
The Candidates will be shortlisted for the Tier-III Examination on the basis of their Performance in the Computer based Written Examination (Tier-I) and Descriptive Examination (Tier-II).
The Candidates who qualify in the Skill Test / Typing Test (Tier-III) shall be recommended for Appointment by the Commission on the basis of their Performance in the Computer based Written Examination (Tier-I) and Descriptive Paper (Tier-II).
Allocation of the Candidates will be made to User Departments depending upon their Merit Position and the Option exercised by them
The Commission will prepare the Final Merit List of the candidates Category wise and State-wise without making any Force allocation. The Force allocation will be done by Nodal Central Reserve Police Force / Ministry of Home Affairs (CAPF / MHA) and the Final Result will also be declared by them.
Provided that the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates, who are selected on their own merit without Relaxed Standards will not be adjusted against the reserved share of 17 vacancies. Such SC, ST, and OBC candidates will be accommodated against the General / Unreserved Vacancies as per their individual Position in the overall Merit List.
SSC CHSL 2018 Expected Cut Off Marks
The reserved vacancies will be filled up separately from amongst the eligible Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (STs), and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) which will, thus, comprise the SC, ST, and OBC candidates who are lower in merit then the last General Candidate on Merit List of the Unreserved Category but otherwise found suitable for appointment by relaxed standard.
An Ex-Serviceman candidate who qualifies on the basis of the relaxed standards; viz., Age Limit, Experience or Qualifications, extended Zone of consideration, etc., will be counted against the reserved vacancies and not against General Vacancies subject to fitness of such candidate for selection. Such candidates will also be recommended at the Relaxed Standards. Age Relaxation as prescribed by the Government for Ex-Servicemen is permissible against the reserved or unreserved vacancies and such exemption is not termed as relaxed standards in regard to the Age.
Resolution of TIE Cases:
In case where more than One Candidate secure the Equal Aggregates Marks, TIE will be resolved by applying the following methods one after another:
- Marks in First Part of the Written Examination.
- Date of birth, with Older Candidates placed Higher.
- Alphabetical Order in which First Names of the Candidates appear.
