UPSC CAPF (AC) Notification 2018 Online Application Form,Apply Online:
Online Registration in response to the Union Public Service Commission’s (UPSC) Notification in respect of the upcoming Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination, 2018 is likely to commence in the month of April 2018. Submission of the Online Application Forms shall close in May 2018.
UPSC CAPF (AC) Notification 2018
The Union Public Service Commission shall notify soon the examination, the Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination 2018 to shortlist the Candidates for Recruitment.
Final Selection to in in Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination 2018 the Border Security Force (BSF). Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) shall be strictly in order of Merit secured by the Candidates IN AGGREATE both in the Main Written Examination and Personality Test and Verification of Documents.
Community-wise Common Merit List / Final Merit List comprising the Candidates for the Union Public Service Commission advertised / notified Posts shall be drawn up by taken IN AGGREGATE MARKS in Stage I & Stage III.
Admission Letters / Admission Certificates Issuance:
The Union Public Service Commission shall release the e-Hall Tickets / Admission Letters to the Eligible Candidates shall be issued e-Admit Cards Three (03) Weeks before commencement of the said Central Armed Police Forces (ACs) Examination 2018. The e-Admit Cards / Hall Tickets would be made available on the Union Public Service Commission’s Website for downloading by the candidates. The Commission would not mail / dispatch via Post any e-Admittance Cards will be sent by Post. All the Applicants should necessarily submit valid & active e-mail Ids. while filling up their respective Online Application Forms as the Commission may use the Electronic Mode for contacting them, especially at the time of mailing e-Summon Letters / Call Letters for Personality Test / Personal Interview.
The Union Public Service Commission shall take up Verification of Eligibility Conditions with reference to Original Documents only after the candidate has qualified for Personal Interview / Personality Test.
Age Limit (As On 01.08.2018):
Any Candidate belonging to General Community should have attained Minimum 20 Years but must not exceed 25 Years of Age. Relaxation in Upper Age Limits to all other Reserved Category Candidates.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree awarded by any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central Legislature or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be Deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an Equivalent Qualification.

|Paper I : General Ability and Intelligence
The Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions / Objective Type Questions With Multiple Choices in this Paper will broadly cover the following areas:
|01) General Mental Ability||The Multiple Choice Questions will be designed to test the Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude including Numerical Ability and Data Interpretation.|
|02) General Science||The Multiple Choice Questions will be set to test General Awareness, Scientific Temper, Comprehension and Appreciation Of Scientific Phenomena of Everyday Observation including new areas of importance like Information Technology, Biotechnology and Environmental Science.|
|03) Current Events of National and International Importance:||
The Multiple Choice Questions will test the candidates’ Awareness of Current Events of National and International importance in the broad areas of Culture, Music, Arts, Literature, Sports, Governance, Societal and Developmental Issues, Industry, Business, Globalization, And Interplay among nations.
|04) Indian Polity and Economy:||
The Multiple Choice Questions shall aim to test the Candidates’ Knowledge of the Country’s Political System and the Constitution of India, Social Systems and Public Administration, Economic Development in India, Regional and International Security Issues and Human Rights including its Indicators
|05) History of India:||The Multiple Choice Questions will broadly cover the Subject in its Social, Economic and Political Aspects. This shall also include the areas of Growth of Nationalism and Freedom Movement.|
|06) Indian and World Geography:||
The Multiple Choice Questions shall cover the Physical, Social and Economic Aspects of Geography pertaining to India and the World.
|Paper II: General Studies, Essay and Comprehension||
Essay Questions, which are to be answered in long Narrative Form either in Hindi or English totaling 80 Marks. The Indicative Topics are Modern Indian History especially of the Freedom Struggle, Geography, Polity and Economy, Knowledge of Security and Human Rights Issues, and Analytical Ability.
Comprehension, Précis Writing, other Communications / Language Skills – to be attempted in English only (Marks 120) – The Topics are Comprehension Passages, Précis Writing, Developing Counter Arguments, Simple Grammar and other aspects of Language Testing.
The Candidates (excepting Female / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe candidates, who are exempted from payment of Fee) are required to pay a Fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of the State Bank of India in cash, or by using Net Banking Facility of the State Bank of India (SBI), State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (SBBJ) / State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) / State Bank of Mysore (SBM) / State Bank of Patiala (SBP) / State Bank of Travancore (SBT) or by using Visa / Master Credit / Debit Card.
